Aaron Joseph Hall is a pastor, church planter, writer, and speaker who teaches on faith, leadership, communication, and discipleship. That's why I use the PSA Framework: Principle, Story, Application.
Whether I'm speaking on leadership, faith, church planting, communication, discipleship, or another topic, I build every message around three simple elements:
Principle
Give people a clear truth they can remember.
Story
Make that truth memorable through a story, illustration, or real-life experience.
Application
Show people what that truth looks like when they put it into practice.
The result is a message that goes beyond the stage.
People don't just hear an idea—they understand it. They don't just understand it—they remember it. And they don't just remember it—they know what to do with it.
Because the goal of every message isn't simply to say something worth hearing. It's to give people something worth remembering, applying, and sharing.
